SPIRIT GUIDES

                                            
Spirit guides are Guides that you made agreements with before you incarnated into your present life time. You may have many different guides as your life progresses. These guides may come in when you have certain lessons that you chose to experience. At any given time in your life you usually have one main guide that you work with. This guide will work with other guides on your behalf and is the guide who directs the traffic for your highest good.This is not to say that you can not work with more then one guide at a time. Your first step is calling on your main guide for assistance and opening up to the process of listening to you inner guidance.

Below is a process to connect with your main guide.
                                       
Set up your basic Running energy /meditation: You are in the center of your head looking out at your view screen. State to yourself that I would like to connect with my main spirit guide. Visualize out on your screen that you are on a path in a beautiful setting.There could be a lake or a steam near by. Feel and know that you are safe and protected. As you look down this path you see someone far in the distance. They are moving closer and closer and you feel the unconditional love as they approach you.You feel and know that they are here to help you.As this person gets closer you feel and know that this is your main spirit guide.Your Spirit guide is now standing in front of you.You see how they look and feel the powerful connection of unconditional love. Start by asking your guides name…the first name that pops in to your mind , do not get caught up in the name or its meaning. {Guides will answer to any name that makes you comfortable}. Now ask your guide any thing you wish, {example} am I on my spiritual path ?, what is my earthly mission? , should I change my career ? End your conversation with love and gratitude. Give yourself a few healing golden suns and come out of your energy work/meditation. The more you work with your guide the more you will recognize the inner guidance they are giving.

ANGELS

The word Angel means messenger from Creator/Source/God. Angels are also here to protect and guide us on our earthly journey.We need no special meditation or mantra to call on Angels for guidance.Simply call the name of the Angel who matches your specific need and ask for guidance.      HIGHER SELF 

                                 
    The term Higher self relates to the true essence of who you are. You are a spirit within the body that came forth into the earth dimension to experience. Your higher self is your connection to Creator/Source/ God. As you begin to release energy/programming from this life time you begin to connect to your higher self. The higher self is knowingness, you really do not have to learn you have to remember as you begin the journey back to who you really are. You are a magnificent spiritual being that is connected to Creator/Source/God, connected to everything in the universe. As you quiet your mind you will be in touch with your higher self. The knowingness in any situation is your higher self communicating with you. As you get this inner guidance practice listening to it. It may be as simple as taking a left turn when you are in your car or maybe a book you have a strong feeling about in a book store. The more you listen to you inner guidance the more in touch you will become with your higher self.

  
CREATOR/SOURCE/GOD

Through out Kingdom Of One you may have noticed when I talk about the highest power I write Creator/Source/God. This is to allow you the seeker to be able to call the highest power anything that you wish. Do not get hung up on a name. Many people have issues with using the name God because it lights their energy up on programming from religious beliefs thrust upon them in their child hood. When you open up to the idea that there is one Creator/ Source/God and you are a Co-Creator with Creator/Source/God. Something inside you changes and you begin to open up to you, a spirit in a body.You have come forth on this earth plain to create experiences that you will learn from. Know that you are one with Creator/Source/God and not separate. Know that you can create anything you desire.  Know that Creator/Source/God is within you. Know that you are loved.

Try the exercise listed below to come closer to Creator/Source/God
.
 Plan a day where you can get up as early as possible. Setup your Energy Work/Meditation space. Start by asking Creator/Source/God to fill up your 4th Chakra with Creator/Source/God energy. As you visualize your  4th Chakra filling up with this energy start to feel this energy come in, feel your connection to Creator/Source/God. As you sit there breathe in love energy through your nose, exhale out gratitude energy from your mouth. As you sit there feel this energy expand to every part of your body as you are filled with love and gratitude. Stay connected as long as you feel comfortable. When you are finished give thanks for your connection to Creator/Source/God and know that you are connected to all that is, all that was and all that ever will be.

Remember to use your inner guidance and seek your own truth.
