Everything in the universe is energy and that Energy includes you.
Everything you feel, think, say or do is energy and is responsible for the experiences you have in your life. Through working with and understanding how your energy system works you begin to create the life that you want. You become the creator in your own Kingdom Of One. Kingdom of One was developed to give any seeker a base knowledge of running energy, simple meditation techniques, and visualization tools such as grounding cords, rose visualization, affirmations and the ability to connect to the many guides available to help you in your daily spiritual journey. Kingdom of One is not the end all or quick fix to spiritual knowledge yet it is a foundation in which a seeker can develop a connection to spirit. Please continue to read, take classes, and attend workshops and anything your inner-guidance directs you towards. Listen to what your inner-guidance is saying in guiding you towards developing an inner awareness that becomes your foundation of truth.
Awakening To Spirit
When you come to realize that you are a spirit in a body and that you are energy and that you have had many past lives on earth and that you do not die but your energy moves on to another dimension and that you may come back or choose to live a non–physical existence, and that you are a part of Creator/Source/God energy---------- the spiritual alarm goes off as you open up to all that is spiritual. This sometimes means moving a hundred, sometimes a thousand miles an hour to seek the truth. Having been there and done that, the best advice I can give to any seeker is to slow down, take a deep breath and know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be right now. Secondly, develop a daily meditation routine that includes grounding and running your energy. Third, understand that everything in the universe is energy and you are that energy. Remember you and you alone create your life. You create your Kingdom of One. The key is taking responsibility for your life. In understanding how your energy works, you are able to come back to Creator/Source/God and be one with the source that brought you forth.
Ascension
Ascension by definition is a process by which sufficiently-evolved sentient beings may shed their physical bodies and live eternally as pure energy on a higher plane of existence full of knowledge and power.Ascension to me means, learning from the lessons you have been given, have gratitude for those lessons, forgive others as you forgive yourself, open up to unconditional love for your self and others and find your connection to Creator /Source/God.Whether you know about or believe in the ascension process in some way shape or form the energy shift that is taking place on the planet today is undeniable.Ascension is a concept that has been talked and written about at some length but what are the real facts that are driving the Ascension process today.The veil of energies are becoming thinner and thinner as we move toward the cosmic portal that is set to open on 12-21-2012.This alignment coincides with the ending of the Mayan 26,000 year cycle.This is not the end of the world by any means but is the beginning of a new way of being and a closer connection to Creator/Source/God. Proceeding this alignment many dimensional doors are opening and information is streaming into the human consciousnesses.This is the first part of the ascension process.I have noticed that those doing some form of Energy Work are on an accelerated path of growth and understanding. The information presented in the pages of Kingdom of One gives you the basic understanding of your energy system.During this time you have to look inward to the lessons of the past and release all issues and agreements that are no longer for your highest good.Some people are opening up so fast to these energies and information that they do not know how to handle what their body and mind is going through.The basics techniques of using a grounding cord cleaning your energy out by running both Earth and Creator/Source/God energies greatly helps you assimilate these new energies and information.At this time if you have not cleaned out the old energy and addressed the old agreements you will keep getting the same lesson over and over again but on an accelerated level each time.The strongest issues are found in relationships and material areas of your life.You must start by looking inward at the root cause of any issues you have, recognizing the lesson, have gratitude for the lesson and release the energy and any agreements involved by forgiving others and more importantly forgiving yourself.The first step to ascension is taking responsibility for yourself and to begin to work on yourself one layer at a time. The good news with the acceleration of these energies is the amazing rate that you can heal yourself once you begin the process.You are not the only one this is happening to, this is going on with each individual on the planet today in some way.
